Job Description

One of our top clients in the Charlotte area is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide support for an O365 deployment for 55,000 end users. This Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for working with end users to troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including voice/data communication systems issues and multifactor authentication.
