As a well-known non-profit with the mission of improving the lives of senior citizens, our client knows that customer service defines a great organization. They are searching for someone to fill the role of Help Desk Support, providing value by assisting their customers with troubleshooting their hardware, software, and voice/data communication systems issues.

As the first point of contact, you will help customers directly by providing both resolutions and information, and also elevating calls when necessary to assist. You will be joining a team of friendly, communication-focused individuals who are passionate about what they do.

Requirements: 

  • 1 to 3 years' experience with ticketing systems (such as Zendesk and ServiceNow)
  • 1 to 3 years' experience with customer service, especially in a problem resolution, contact center, or help desk environment.
  • Strong technical understanding of computer hardware and software systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Jira are highly desirable

Compensation:

The compensation for this role is $14 per hour. We have a great benefits package available.
