Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Support with our industry-leading client in Washington.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Support:

  • Provide first level support for all end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and voice/data communication systems issues
  • Escalate calls when appropriate
  • Write concise, informative tickets and follow through to resolution

Requirements of the Help Desk Support:

  • Experience using Salesforce CRM and Zendesk ticketing systems, SNOW, and JIRA experience is extremely useful
  • Experience using ticketing systems, writing technical support documentation, and computer proficiency with hardware and software technologies
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure 
  • Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Call center or help desk experience
