Are you a passionate Help Desk Technician with at least two years of support experience and the desire to join a leading organization? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Hartford!

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Technician:

  • Provide troubleshooting support and issue resolution for user requests
  • Support and maintain hardware and software peripherals
  • Analyze and resolve IT infrastructure issues
  • Document all activities in tracking system
  • Provide support during non-business hours, periodically

Requirements of the Help Desk Technician:

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting client IT hardware and software:
    • Windows 10, Office 2010/2013/2016, Google Mail/Docs, O365
    • Desktops, laptops, VPN, and remote connectivity
    • Android, Windows, Apple mobile platforms
  • High level of customer service attributes
