Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Help Desk Technician with our industry-leading client in Hartford.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Technician:

  • Provide troubleshooting support and issue resolution for user requests
  • Support and maintain hardware and software peripherals
  • Analyze and resolve IT infrastructure issues
  • Document all activities in tracking system
  • Provide support during non-business hours, periodically

Requirements of the Help Desk Technician:

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience supporting client IT hardware and software
  • Experience supporting Windows, Office 2010/2013/2016, Google Mail/Docs, O365
  • High level of customer service attributes
