Job Description

Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a technical background in HR systems?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our industry-leading client in Cambridge.

This is a stable contract role with opportunity for extension.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
  • Document data integration specifications for assigned HR analytics project
  • Leverage technologies like SAP Fieldglass and Workday to support other HR initiatives 
Requirements of the Business Analyst:
  • Strong background as a Business Analyst
  • Technical background with HR systems: Workday, Fieldglass, etc.
  • Functional knowledge of HR practices and processes
  • Familiarity with and ability to support normal SDLC activities 
  • Experience in HR analytics a plus
