We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Analyst Supporting Benefits and Payroll with our industry-leading client in New York City.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the HR Business Analyst:

  • Root cause analysis of data integrity issues
  • Application and business requirements testing
  • Recommend process improvements and coordinate operational support for managing data interfaces
  • Support benefits business processes by ensuring all processes  meet company standards
  • Define and document business processes and functional requirements
  • Cultivate and maintain successful relationships with clients 

Requirements of the HR Business Analyst:

  • 3 years experience supporting HR, Payroll and Benefits applications
  • 3 years experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle or other HRMS
  • Able to recognize and resolve discrepancies
  • Experience in system development testing and execution
  • Knowledge of logical database design
  • Strong multi-tasking, oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
