Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity for an HR Business Analyst with our industry-leading client in NYC. Significant knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits processes required.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Requirements of the HR Business Analyst:

  • At least 3 years of experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits applications
  • At least 3 years of experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or other HRMS
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and resolve benefits or payroll discrepancies
  • Ability to gather business requirements and develop functional specifications
  • Experience in system development testing and execution
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills in a dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of logical database design
  • Clear and effective communicator 
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
