Our industry-leading client is seeking an HR Manager with hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Requirements of the HR Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • PHR/SPHR/CP/SCP certification a plus
  • At least 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced global environment
  • Direct experience with talent management, employee development, and performance management 
  • Experience coaching to improve delivery and performance
  • Ability to work across global and matrixed structure
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across shared HR service model
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with an evolving HR model a must
