Job Description

My top client in Uptown Charlotte has an open opportunity for an Incident Support Analyst. This Incident Support Analyst will be responsible for responding to Service Disruption Events within the appropriate SLA. The Incident Support Analyst will identify and manage all Service Disruption Events and determine appropriate action needed to resolve.

Other responsibilities include communicating downtimes, ensuring appropriate back up processes are being followed when needed, and ensuring documentation is completed accurately.


  • Minimum (3) years experience in IT system analysis/support
  • Business impact analysis experience
  • Exceptional communication, both oral and written #eg1989
