Job Description

Our client is an international information technology and solutions consulting company. The company is committed to ensuring the safety and security of the United States through the delivery of innovative, next-generation IT solutions. They are currently seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to join their dedicated team.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with an Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities of the Integrated Master Scheduler:

  • Design, develop, and maintain master schedules
  • Work with program leaders to identify schedule risks and issues
  • Apply project management principles to develop schedules
  • Use project management techniques to gauge progress and performance 
  • Act as scheduling expert and mentor program staff

Requirements of the Integrated Master Scheduler:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of program scheduling, project analysis, and schedule risk analysis
  • At least 5 years of experience developing integrated schedules
  • Expertise in one or more scheduling tools
  • Experience in MS Office and MS Project
  • Ability to provide support with minimal direction
  • Effective time management skills
