They are currently looking for a Integrated Product Support Manager to join their incredible team.

Responsibilities of the Integrated Product Support Manager:

  • Manage cost and performance across the product support value chain and maintain the lowest total ownership cost
  • Oversee all aspects of necessary resources including parts and transportation materials to ensure everything needed is available 
  • Utilize relevant information to ensure the best products and concepts are being applied
  • Engage in and leverage the systems engineering process to impact the design through all phases of the life cycle, maximize the availability, effectiveness and capability of the system at the lowest Total Ownership Cost
  • Lead the design, implementation and execution of support for in-service systems in their operational environments
  • Oversee all actions to acquire information to properly use the equipment to maximize effectiveness and availability
  • Effectively catalog  all supplies; define the configuration baseline of the system to effectively support the active service individual with the best capability at the time it is needed
  • Engage in all aspects to maintain and acquire facilities, hardware, software, documentation, and personnel necessary for planning and management of mission critical computer systems
  • Implement agreements necessary to manage technical interfaces, and to manage work performed by maintenance activities
  • Participate in training strategy for both military and non military personnel to properly use equipment 

Requirements of the Integrated Product Support Manager:

  • Master’s degree or similar in a related business area, or
  • Bachelor's degree and Level II certification
  • DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics Level III Certification
