Responsibilities of the IT Asset Coordinator:
  • Perform internal audit of asset records
  • Locate IT hardware and software to ensure accuracy of records
  • Input asset information into financial and management systems
  • Attend weekly status meetings; communicate status to IT management
Requirements of the IT Asset Coordinator:
  • At least 3 years of experience in an office or academic setting
  • IT support experience preferred; solid Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Motivated self-starter, able to complete tasks independently with minimal instruction
  • Ability to work in a noisy data center environment with changes in temperature
  • Ability to work around electrical equipment, comfortable using a ladder
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
