Job Description

Our client in the Orlando, FL area is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator for a long-term contract opportunity with one of the nation's largest Financial Services organizations. This role will play an integral part in coordinating large projects for clients. In addition, you will assist with managing project workflow, budget administration and reporting, and ensure deliverables are met. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has strong planning and organizational skills, and exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years supporting large scale projects or programs as a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager on Information Technology Projects or other business initiatives 
  • Experience facilitating project meetings, tracking resource allocation, analyzing project costs
  • Understanding of project management methodologies 
  • Experience with Project Management tools:  MS Project, Excel, MS Word
  • Ability to accurately review and complete detail-oriented information and projects 
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
