They are currently seeking an IT Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities of the IT Specialist:

  • Assist Help Desk team with requests from all offices
  • Manage all end user requests from the DC office
  • Meet call metrics and service level agreements 
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting of performance and security issues
  • Coordinate planning, implementation, and maintenance of all IT products
  • Provide technology usage training to employees
  • Participate in rotating on call support

Requirements of the IT Specialist:

  • Associate's degree or 2 years of college in an IT discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support for a multi-user network environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products
  • Personable with customer-centric attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated; able to work with minimal oversight
