Immediate opportunity for an IT Support Specialist. This opportunity is open to technology driven individuals with a knack for troubleshooting issues and assisting end users with their technical issues. You will respond to issues with Hardware/Software, Active Directory, and Microsoft Exchange.
  • Current IT Certification such as - Security+
  • Must hold Active Secret Clearance
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in an IT environment
  • IT ticketing system experience, plus an understanding of Service Level goals and targets
  • Experience in Remote Desk Takeover tools and usage
  • Excellent knowledge of imaging, group policies, and task sequence
