Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Technical Recruiter to join our fast-growing client in McLean.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities of the IT Technical Recruiter:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies
  • Develop an in-depth domain knowledge to ensure project success
  • Create job descriptions and post openings to appropriate sites
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Document and track candidates in an applicant tracking system
  • Support corporate projects as needed

Requirements of the IT Technical Recruiter:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field required
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or HR for government contracting
  • Experience conducting Boolean searches
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective time and task management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
