Job Description

Immediate opportunity for an experienced Incident and Problem Analyst that has developed comprehensive experience in the ITIL service operations framework.  In this role, you will be a liaison to the technical support team, problem management, and senior leadership.  You will be working on a small team responsible for establishing a disciplined framework for communications and addressing production infrastructure application issues.

This is open for local, and non-local candidates interested in relocating to the Tampa Bay area.

Requirements for an experienced ITIL Incident Manager:

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in incident, problem and change management 
  • ITIL Foundation Certification 
  • 3+ years in ITIL service operations processes and best practices 
  • Experience in the analysis and reporting of incident trend data to identify and eliminate root causes. 
  • Experience in leading a problem management team, or driving process improvement initiatives in an incident or problem management group is a HUGE PLUS 
  • Knowledge in technology concepts, methodologies, systems, and software.
