Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Consultant with one of our top clients.

This is a contract to hire role and all applicants must be willing and able to work on a W-2 basis and convert to FTE following contract.

Requirements of the IVR Consultant:

  • At least 4 years of experience in closed-based telephony systems
  • Solid experience in Java VXML IVR development, with Voice XML, Genesys Composer, and Cloud technologies
  • Ability to translate business requirements and technical specifications into cloud-based telephony systems, designs, and solutions
