Responsibilities of the Jr. Project Manager:
  • Develop detailed work plans, priorities, and resources
  • Identify and report project risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Track project status and report status to relevant stakeholders
  • Manage sub project teams and own deliverables
Requirements of the Jr. Project Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT; or, at least 3 years of experience in healthcare IT
  • CAPM or PRINCE2 (Practitioner) or equivalent - certification preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of SDLC project management
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills
