We have a tremendous opportunity for a Junior Administrative Analyst with our leading defense client in DC. They are committed to ensuring the stability of mission-critical IT systems for government and commercial entities across the globe and offer an exciting, fast-paced work environment that allows you to make a real impact. For this position, you must have experience providing administrative support and managing tasks and correspondence.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities of the Junior Administrative Analyst:

  • Provide front desk support: monitor and manage inbox, answer phones, accept mail, greet visitors
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and reserve and prepare conference room logistics
  • Maintain calendars, prepare calendar for the following day and week at a glance report
  • Create status reports for high priority deliverables
  • Assist with travel preparations 

Requirements of the Junior Administrative Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree and experience in administrative support
  • Experience in MS Office: SharePoint, Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
  • Demonstrated ability to engage positively at all levels
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
