Requirements of the Junior Application Operations Engineer:

  • Experience in a development, engineering, or operations role
  • Support application, infrastructure, and system health awareness using monitoring tools
  • Perform troubleshooting of system, network, and application related issues
  • Experience providing support for Linux and Windows systems
  • Basic database experience
  • Experience with automation, and scripting technologies 
  • Strong communication skills
