Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior BSA with our industry-leading client in Quincy.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Junior BSA:

  • Define business/system requirements by facilitating user meetings and interviewing users, developing use cases, as well as researching and resolving issues
  • Participate in business analysis project planning and management 
  • Analyze current processes, recommend solutions and improved processes
  • Provide technical and business knowledge to clients
  • Maintain current knowledge of technological and competitive developments
  • Conduct research on industry practices, standards and other benchmarking data
  • Code and maintain business application programs from user instructions or formal functional specifications

Requirements if the Junior BSA:

  • Experience in the analysis and testing phases in the development cycle
  • Computer competency, Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook
