Job Description

Our leading nonprofit client is looking for a qualified Junior Business Analyst. The ideal candidate is someone eager to start their career in an IT capacity, and willing to grow in an organization.

This is a long term contract opportunity. We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Junior Business Analyst:

  • Leverage IT and business process knowledge to recommend solutions
  • Define problems, evaluate requirements, and implement systems to meet requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development initiatives
  • Interview end users to obtain and document detailed business requirements
  • Help with business process redesign and documentation for new technology

Requirements of the Junior Business Analyst:

  • At least 1 year of experience, including internships and school projects
  • Proven track record of success, with a task-oriented attitude
  • Experience developing use cases, use case models, requirements, and business rules
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn new skills
