They are currently seeking a Junior Configuration Management Analyst to join their dedicated team.

Requirements of the Junior Configuration Management Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of work experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Configuration management or ITIL service transition process management experience
  • Experience developing technical documentation
  • Experience with IT support applications preferred (ServiceNow or Remedy)
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred, but not required
