Responsibilities of the Junior Java Developer:
  • Become familiar with the existing codebase
  • Perform code debugging and documentation
  • Work with senior-level developers to develop new software
  • Work independently to improve programming skills
  • Perform code builds and releases
Requirements of the Junior Java Developer:
  • 1-3 years of hands-on, software development experience
  • Knowledge of SQL and database design
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (DevOps)
  • Knowledge of unit testing, documentation, QA, and TDD
