You'll join their dedicated team in their mission to help healthcare and medical companies simplify their processes, turning data into improvements that can enrich the lives of the people they help.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll have the chance to build an amazing career while developing meaningful connections, generating new sales leads, and supporting the Sales Team in their efforts to provide resources to new organizations. You will have both the resources and support that you need to succeed in all your endeavors.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on success and enjoys reaching out to network with new individuals and organizations. With a self-starter attitude and an innovative outlook, the ability to set goals, develop plans to make them happen, and then see them through is a valuable asset.

As part of the sales team, you should be comfortable developing new business relationships through multiple forms of communication, especially through phone and e-mail. You will also be an active part of the weekly sales meetings, contributing ideas and opportunities to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field is highly desirable
  • 2 to 3 years of sales or tele-sales experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and over the phone
  • Strongly analytical mindset and analytical skills
  • Good sense of prioritization and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM strongly preferred
  • Must have a team-focused mindset

Compensation:

The initial compensation for this role is $15 per hour. We have excellent benefits available.
