This role is designed for a seasoned Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading complex programs with multiple workstreams, collaborating across technical and business teams, and driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight.

Pay rate: $65-$75/hr w2
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technology leads, developers, and cross-functional partners (Tech, Program, Risk).
- Independently manage project execution and delivery.
- Apply Agile principles to guide team workflows and development cycles.
- Use JIRA to monitor team progress and manage tasks.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and integrative roadmaps.
- Create executive-level presentations and storytelling slides for program updates.
- Drive program momentum and ensure forward progress across workstreams.
- Lead programs with multiple concurrent workstreams.
Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in technology-focused environments.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage complex initiatives.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Experience in stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
- Skilled in strategic planning and roadmap development.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
