Job Description

Are you an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer, looking for your next great perm role? If you'd like to work in a team lead capacity, we may have the ideal opportunity for you in Norwell.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.


Responsibilities of the Lead QA Engineer:
  • Develop test plans, design and execute test cases
  • Leverage SQL scripting skills to support manual testing efforts
  • Work closely with dev team to identify, communicate, and resolve defects
  • Maintain all administrative information regarding releases
Requirements of the Lead QA Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • At least 7 years of Quality Assurance experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of software architectures and testing techniques
  • Advanced knowledge of software quality assurance test tools
  • Advanced SQL query knowledge
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and guide other QA team members
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Willing to work overtime as project requires
