Job Description

Our industry-leading client is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee their internal learning and content portfolio. You will drive enablement goals by ensuring relevant content is available to the right individuals at the right time.

Responsibilities of the Learning and Content Portfolio Manager:
  • Oversee portfolio of learning and enablement content
  • Develop systems and processes to catalog and track all digital and live training
  • Manage learning and content across multiple platforms
  • Ensure all courses and assets are properly tagged
  • Partner with ID team to load new courses and archive out of date content
Requirements of the Learning and Content Portfolio Manager:
  • At least 5 years of experience in content/asset management or equivalent role
  • Experience tracking and maintaining large catalogs of digital and live courses
  • Ability to drive process improvements and solve complex problems
  • Project management experience
  • Data management and analysis experience
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing technology
