Are you a passionate Technical Support Specialist with solid Five9 experience?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Agoura Hills.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Level II Support Specialist:
  • Respond to and resolve issues escalated from Level I
  • Support day to day maintenance of telephony systems
Requirements of the Level II Support Specialist:
  • Five9 experience is a must
  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel
  • Experience with Salesforce
