Are you a passionate Records Specialist with a desire to work on a team supporting Lit and Fiber records?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Boxborough!

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Lit Records Specialist:
  • Leverage pre-configured searches to scrutinize database for specific data
  • Utilize Excel and stare and compare to analyze data for a specific result
  • Update data with results obtained from analysis
Requirements of the Lit Records Specialist:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
  • Experience using an inventory resource database
  • Experience using a CRM database
  • Ability to apply learning to tasks
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to self-manage and multitask
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow through
  • Experience with any desired: NetCracker, Circuit Vision, CLONES, Metasolv, GE Smallworld
