Are you a seasoned Litigation Paralegal looking for a great role with a leading nonprofit organization?

Responsibilities of the Litigation Paralegal:
  • Organize and manage litigation cases
  • Conduct legal research; prepare, edit, format, and file briefs and other legal documents
  • Proofread and cite check legal documents to assist with filing preparation 
  • Manage electronic discovery across organizational litigation portfolio, advise attorneys
  • Maintain case files, review and prepare materials for storage or disposal following case closure
  • Help with and attend court trials and hearings
