Job Description

Our government client is seeking a talented Acquisition Logistician to join their team in a highly innovative environment supporting a satellite system.

This is a 4 year long term contract opportunity.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities of the Acquisition Logistician:

  • Provide satellite connectivity for the network 
  • Develop integrated product support documentation like technical manuals, RPSTL, Statement of Work (SOW) for maintenance issues, creating Item Unique Identification (IUID) plans and labels
  • Engineer support for integration logistics process as part of the lifecycle. 
  • Participate in review of maintenance allocation charts, analysis of level of repair, provisioning parts list
  • Obsolesce Management 
  • Engineering Change Proposals (ECP)
  • Development of trip reports and critically items to be sent to leadership
  •  Develops a Core Depot Assessment (CDA) 

Requirements of the Acquisition Logistician:

  • Experience with Maintenance Allocation Charts (MAC) and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
  • Connecting Satellite Networks 
  • Experience with Logistics Support 
  • Experience with Acquisition Logistics, Statement of Work, and IUID
  • Understanding of ECP and CDA
  • Ability to travel at a minimum of 25% or more across different states
