Are you a highly skilled Manager with extensive experience in digital service and product development?

Responsibilities of the Manager, Digital Service & Customer Experience:
  • Leverage research and business case development to inform digital channel initiative development
  • Manage quality assurance activities and help to manage new feature prioritization
  • Develop business use cases to improve customer experience with bot and live chat
  • Establish and report on success metrics for new projects; track daily performance for existing products
Requirements of the Manager, Digital Service & Customer Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital self-service/product development
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle and processes
  • Passion for digital media and extensive knowledge of digital trends and technologies
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working as a call center supervisor or agent highly preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
