Job Description

Our client is seeking a Marketing Tech Project Manager to lead all projects that interface with their Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance.  In this role, you will work with putting process in place for their ticketing system, handle delivery deadlines, prioritizing, escalating and dealing with tickets.  You’re expected to have a firm understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM Capabilities, modern marketing concepts and how to lead teams.

  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud for new markets globally working directly with the third-party integration partner.
  • Work directly with the integration partner to implement new or support existing stack on Social Listening, Publishing and Engagement tools (i.e. Salesforce Social Studio, Sprinklr etc) ensuring business requirements are met and wider user adoption.
  • Maximize the value of the martech investment utilized for already implemented markets by integrating capabilities across paid and owned channels (email, loyalty, ecommerce, websites, care, social, paid search, display etc) to offer an omni-channel consumer journey.
  • Work closely with the Digital Technologies PMO to develop financial investment planning and maintains an up-to-date healthy financial program operation.
  • Ensures that products implemented are operating smoothly post Go – Live and Hypercare periods, working together with the Service Management.
  • Support the Martech/Adtech product managers, in building market and product roadmaps that address business needs.
  • Design and Build framework and playbooks to help scale the activation of Data driven marketing use cases globally (using CRM, DMP, Social, etc.).
  • Is at ease with analytics and able to translate data to marketers through data visualization. Can turn data into segmentation insights to support the clients’ brands growth strategies.
  • Supports the product teams to translate business and technical requirements into either architectural blueprints or user stories and tasks to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance in the setup of our marketing platforms and in the execution of our campaigns.
