Job Description

Our healthcare information services client needs a technical NetSuite Systems Analyst who can help them care for their customers during the Order Management process. Work as part of a team dedicated to maximizing efficiency and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of their NetSuite systems based on the needs of the user base in various functional groups.  Seeking a candidate with excellent technical and communication skills who can understand stakeholder needs in order to administer, enhance, configure, and maintain order management systems accordingly.  Previous hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration is a must.  

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the NetSuite Systems Analyst:
  • Handle NetSuite administration; develop and deploy suite scripts in NetSuite environment
  • Handle configuration requests (e.g., make changes to objects, adding new fields, workflows) within Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, CRM, Financials
  • Implement workflow solutions using Netsuite Workflow Manager, Suite lets, User Event scripts, Client scripts, Scheduled scripts
  • Understand technical requirements and make changes as needed in Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Bundler, Suite Talk, Suite Builder
  • Designs, writes, tests, implements and maintains configuration, scripts and workflows supporting Order Management Systems 
  • Provide analysis and guidance for efficient design, configuration, and implementation of system enhancements
  • Support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported for the Order Management Systems and Salesforce instances
  • Triage issues and escalate as needed to Product Owner by providing troubleshooting results and analysis
  • Work with Scrum team to define data and system workflows to support complete solutions
  • Perform tasks in an Agile environment to complete user stories as assigned
  • Communicate updates back to stakeholders as support tickets and projects move forward
  • Create and manage user accounts to all business systems
  • Procure and manage user software licenses for all business systems
  • Assist with business system regulatory, security, compliance, and audit efforts
