Job Description

Are you a passionate Network Administrator interested in supporting a key federal program in a long-term role?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our leading government integrator in Offutt.

This is a contract to hire position. Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance or an active Secret clearance and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Security+ certification is also required.

Responsibilities of the Network Administrator:

  • Develop and implement network-related procedures and standards
  • Evaluate hardware, software, and associated peripherals and equipment
  • Configure and install Cisco routers and switches
  • Participate in major network installations and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network problems

Requirements of the Network Administrator:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • At least 2 years of directly related experience in network administration 
  • Cisco experience: configuration, installation, updating switches, routers, VLANs
  • Ability to maintain infrastructure and manage classified networks
  • Security+ (required) and CCNA or equivalent
