Are you a highly skilled Network Management Architect?

Are you interested in supporting a widely respected federal program?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Greenbelt.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active DoD Secret clearance.

Requirements of the Network Management Architect:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience; advanced degree can substitute some years of experience
  • Hands-on experience building, testing, integrating, and deploying HP NNMi Network Management solutions
  • Hands-on technical knowledge: network monitoring systems, NoSQL databases, Round-robin databases, and configuration management systems
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts and data center technologies with a focus on monitoring and troubleshooting
  • Working knowledge of common internet protocols: IPv4, IPv6, ARP, NDP, TCP, UDP and higher level protocols: HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, SSH, etc.
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with MIBs for Juniper and Cisco
  • Motivated self-starter with demonstrated analytical and communication skills
