Job Description

Come join a team that is responsible for maintaining quality and providing 24/7-365 support! 

Candidate duties will include but are not limited to:  
  • Assisting with NOC reports on a daily basis
  • Troubleshooting  of tower monitoring and lighting systems 
  • Monitor alarms form remote communication sites make maintain compliance 
  • Opening and closing NOC trouble tickets
  • Take incoming calls and monitoring e-mail accounts and comply with NOC procedures and processes 
  • Monitoring/controlling headquarter buildings and site security
Required Qualifications:
  • Comfortable with NIGHT and WEEKEND shifts
  • Flexible schedule 
  • Basic telephone skills 
  • Customer service experience 
  • Microsoft office- must be proficient 
  • Experience completing tickets and handling multiple calls at once 
  • Wireless communication knowledge (this is a plus, but not required)
