Job Description

Our leading client is seeking an Ombudsman Specialist to research and resolve complex complaints and cases.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Ombudsman Specialist:
  • Resolve all BBB and Attorney General cases sent to the organization
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with senior leadership, management, AG, and BBB offices
  • Creatively and confidently problem solve, balancing member needs with organizational constraints
  • Create well written and researched member-focused responses
  • Research and resolve complex membership complaints
Requirements of the Ombudsman Specialist:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications and at least 6 years of relevant experience
  • PC, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop a strong understanding of enterprise policies, procedures, and issue stances 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented team environment
  • Strong ownership mindset and resolve to follow-through
  • Ability to travel, work flexible shifts as well as flexibility to handle off hours activities
