Our client enables health care providers to better serve their patients through technology. They offer a fast-paced, dynamic environment to gain valuable industry experience. Our client is currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities of the Onboarding Specialist:

  • Help to process high volume of new hires
  • Gather missing documentation from new employees
  • Update notes in enterprise onboarding system
  • Coordinate and track contract reviews and signatures
  • Manage contract signature process, both hard copy and Docusign
  • Offer limited administrative support to lawyers

Requirements of the Onboarding Specialist:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of related experience 
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience using an HRIS preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and eye for accuracy
