We have an exciting opportunity for a Oracle Pl/SQL Developer with our industry-leading client in Boston.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Oracle PL/SQL Developer:

  • Design, build, and test PL/SQL scripts, functions and stored procedures to support ETL processing
  • Monitor performance of PL/SQL objects and take corrective action to improve results and reconcile discrepancies 
  • Collaborate with analytics and other teams to determine how current processing methods can be optimized, scaled, and improved
  • Provide informed feedback for database design and data model decisions
  • Support monthly data warehouse build process
  • Document all database objects, technical procedures, test plans and other elements.
Requirements of the Oracle PL/SQL Developer:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics or any discipline involving data analysis and programming or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of strong relational database programming experience: Oracle, SQL Server and UNIX shell scripting experience
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
