Are you a passionate and experienced Organizational Change Manager? Are you interested in working for a high profile retail client on their leading enterprise initiative? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Mooresville!

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Organizational Change Management Lead:

  • Engage with stakeholders to develop and define organizational change management strategies
  • Consult on OCM best practices, lessons learned and trends, while designing a tailored OCM solution that delivers organizational value
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning and training, change communications, organizational readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement
  • Apply a proactive, flexible, and practical approach to manage the people, process, and technology changes occurring within the client while achieving a project's desired outcomes

Requirements of the Organizational Change Management Lead:

  • Strong industry background required; consulting experience preferred
  • Proven ability to anticipate, plan, and lead OCM work efforts
  • Passionate problem solver with strong facilitation skills 
  • Ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to think strategically and work tactically
