*This role is 50% remote, 50% onsite. May transition to 100% onsite.

Are you a highly skilled Project Manager with broad expertise leading Organizational Change Management initiatives?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our leading client.

Responsibilities of the Organizational Change Manager:
  • Coordinate and oversee all enterprise change management related tasks
  • Lead change within project and organization
  • Develop OCM plan; work with PMO to integrate with master project plan
  • Track and report on project status, risks, and issues
Requirements of the Organizational Change Manager:
  • At least 10 years of progressive project management experience
  • At least 8 years of experience leading enterprise technology projects
  • At least 8 years of experience developing and implementing change management programs
  • Ability to manage and facilitate change within an organization
  • Strong knowledge of organizational and individual behavior
  • Excellent MS Office skills: PowerPoint and Excel especially
  • Experience in lab, clinical, or healthcare setting
