We have an exciting opportunity for a Princial Java/AWS Engineer with our industry-leading client.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.


  • Work on new cloud-based brokerage system.  
  • Extensive full stack experience and at least 2 years of AWS.  
  • Must be well versed in Spring Boot. 
  • This is a multi-year initiative creating a new platform, eventually building a native cloud app from scratch.  
  • Work will involve micro-services and monitoring technologies.


  • Experience with high volume systems and financial services
  • At least 10+yrs experience overall
  • 2+ years of strong  AWS (need to elaborate on the component pieces)
  • 2+ years of Angular, Node.JS, 4+ years with Typescript
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Restful APIs, and architecture
  • Experience with Angular and Node.JS
  • Environment consists of Java, AWS, Rest/micro-services, SQL/NoSQL, Kafka messaging, Redis, and GRPC.
  • Ability to take a concept and turn it into a product
  • Strong Object-Oriented skills and experience with UML
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud computing environments, applications and tools
  • Experience with Agile/iterative methodologies
