Our client is seeking a PXM Community Lead, to create & ensure associates have access to a strong and passionate community that will ensure a deeper understanding of the PXM mindset, as well as provide a platform for inspiration and collaboration.
In addition the role as Product Lead is responsible for driving the strategic expansion the Product Experience Management (PXM) platform, supporting global (Americas, Europe & APAC) PXM Leads as required. The PXM expansion strategy will deliver and enable world class platforms, processes and ways of working related to Product Content across all segments, in support of driving growth in ecommerce and marketing

  • The Product Experience Management Community Lead will shape, create and scale the global community by establishing end to end informative and collaborative programs , developing strategies for involving more members and making sure the members feel part of an active and vibrant community.
  • This role will be responsible for inspiring the community members by creating engaging content & services through a range of defined channels and will manage community activities from conception to completion, including managing and curating events to boost awareness of the PXM mindset.
  • As an expert individual contributor, the incumbent is expected to be a hands-on, disruptive thinker who will be accountable for developing a deep understanding of the business to identify opportunities to make a difference through the power of the global PXM community.
  • The incumbent will be responsible for researching the needs of the PXM community, and how best to address them & develop relevant KPIs, track progress and constantly iterate and improve to ensure the success of the community engagement efforts.
  • Responsible for overseeing the product success across all segments supporting regional product leads (Americas, Europe and APAC) in support of the Global PXM strategy.
  • Responsible to ensure that PXM is focused on delivering against Business value targets, helping to define and report against KPIs on the product and processes with stakeholders & the Product Manager
  • Responsible for representing any markets lead/owned contribution to the PXM backlog, prioritizing initiatives & features in partnership with the Product Manager in support of the strategic direction of PXM.
  • Establish a regular feedback process with the Global and Regional Product Managers, Digital stakeholders and the Digital Center of Excellence to align on priorities and roadmaps.
  • Establish data-driven decision making around value performance vs. priorities
  • Excellent partnership with our platform and services vendors.  “One team” approach.
  • Ability to work with analysts and local teams to map and understand plus build processes, landscapes and data flows that support successful activation of new markets on the product
  • Champion Agile delivery methodology and help build the Agile capability within the organization.
  • Monitor, share and evaluate delivery, and measure progress to ensure value is delivered early and often.


  • Responsible for developing and executing the strategy for building the global PXM community, to inspire behavioral and mindset changes to transform the way they do business. This role will give the associates a strong support system and allow for representation of the PXM approach globally.

  • Able to project the trajectory of various tracks, to predict if the product release is on track
  • Must have an eye for detail, but be able to ‘see the forest for the trees’
  • Comfortable facilitating a technical discussion with Architects, Developers and others

  • Ability to execute & coordinate across multiple frameworks (Agile Scrum, Kanban, and Iterative Waterfall)
