Our client seeks a Product Manager to lead ServiceNow HR Service Delivery with a focus on foundational reporting. The role will define product vision, optimize HRSD modules, and deliver analytics that enhance employee experience and streamline HR operations. The position requires depth in HRSD implementations, integrations, reporting frameworks, and Performance Analytics with the ability to balance business and technology priorities.

 

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

 

Rate: $75.00 to $85.00/hr. w2

 


Responsibilities:
  • Define and evolve the HRSD product vision aligned with enterprise HR goals.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps focused on automation, self-service, and experience design.
  • Shape strategies for employee journeys, AI enrichment, and reporting capabilities.
  • Lead the setup of Employee Relations modules, reporting, access management, and data integrations.
  • Define and deliver operational reporting for contact centers and leadership teams, including metrics on sentiment, feedback, and call types.
  • Build trending analytics to monitor performance and user journey experiences.
  • Leverage out-of-the-box reporting modules, including Performance Analytics dashboards.
  • Write scripts such as TypeScript and explore App Engine capabilities as available.
  • Define reporting requirements, data models, and insight delivery mechanisms across HRSD and employee experience domains.
  • Partner with HR, IT, Talent, and Legal to align features with business needs and deliver holistic solutions.
  • Communicate product insights and performance metrics to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage agile delivery teams to execute backlog items with quality and employee experience focus.
  • Ensure successful rollouts, testing, and adoption of new HRSD functionalities.
  • Define broad solutions in ambiguous environments and bring clarity to complex problems.
  • Identify automation opportunities using platform AI tools to reduce manual workload.
  • Champion Now Assist, virtual agent capabilities, proactive prompts, and lifecycle orchestration.
  • Enrich employee journeys through AI to enhance personalization and reduce friction.

Experience Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD platform and modules, including Employee Relations, reporting, and access management.
  • Multiple implementations of HRSD with strong knowledge of integrations.
  • Experience with case management, lifecycle orchestration, and employee or manager portals.
  • Proven ability to manage complex digital products in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with tools and workflows for scalable, intelligent HR service delivery.
  • Experience with reporting frameworks, scripting such as TypeScript, and ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
  • Ability to define and deliver operational and strategic reporting for HR and leadership stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR profiling and the balance between business and technology.
  • Curiosity to understand why processes work and to apply best practices.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
