Requirements of the Product Owner:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 5 years of related experience in planning, technical design/development, implementation, and systems maintenance
  • Experience across multiple hardware and software platforms preferred
  • Experience in health insurance industry domain
  • Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle and Project Management Life Cycle
  • Product Owner or Lead Analyst experience in a dynamic high-tech environment
  • Ability to understand future product needs and influence their prioritization across stakeholders
  • Ability to ensure timely product decisions to ensure smooth flow of work into delivery teams
  • Experience working with Agile delivery teams
