Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner with our industry-leading client in Norcros, GA.

  • Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies to include but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
  • Communicating the development and implementation vision for a client solution to the agile team/s with support from Client Service Director and leadership.
  • Setting priorities effectively, i.e. prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring that the team understands why the stories are in a specific order to maximize the team’s output.
  • Elaborating/publishing user story requirements in a timely fashion.
  • Clarifying user story requirements/answering team questions quickly and concisely.
  • Creating clear, testable acceptance criteria for stories.
  • Participating in scrum team meetings (grooming, planning, review, etc.).
  • Drive the agile team/s to break stories down into smaller stories that comfortably fit in a sprint and have business value.
  • Recommends process and quality improvements.
  • Sharing product expertise with the agile team/s.
  • Engaging internal stakeholders and external contacts as needed to provide direction to the team.
  • Drives maximizing the business value and quality output of the agile teams. Perform other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in client implementations
  • 4 plus years of related work experience
  • Experience with payments systems implementations, preferably Digital Banking.
  • Experience with Corporate Treasury Management functionality and core banking integration.
  • Experience with software integration concepts.
  • Professional Services experience
